Public hearing and information

The purpose of the audience and public information procedures is to gather the opinions of citizens who hold legitimate rights and interests affected by a draft regulation that has already been written, either directly or through organizations or associations that represent them, as well as to obtain any additional contributions that other individuals or entities may make.
