SUBSIDIES TO THIRD SECTOR ENTITIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE FIELD OF CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PROTECTION AND THE PROMOTION OF YOUTH PARTICIPATION:

Royal Decree 897/2024, of September 10, regulating the direct granting of subsidies to Third Sector entities and other organizations in the field of child and adolescent protection and the promotion of youth participation.

Deadline for submission of applications: October 7, 2024 (inclusive)

Grant Procedure: The documentation must be submitted in electronic format, through the General Electronic Registry, attaching the forms provided in the annexes of this royal decree, as well as all documentation requested in article 6 of the aforementioned Royal Decree.

The General Electronic Registry of the General State Administration is a registry for the submission of Generic Instances and documents for their processing addressed to any administrative body of the General State Administration, public body, or entity linked or dependent on these, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

To register, you must have a electronic DNI or a valid electronic Certificate.

• Annex II (Responsible statement accrediting compliance with the requirements to obtain the status of subsidy beneficiary, in accordance with article 3.2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies)

• Annex IV (Responsible statement regarding the organization's volunteers with a criminal record)
